General Information
A megrendelések feladása a Webshopban kizárólag elektronikus úton lehetséges, Interneten keresztül a spytech.hu webcímen. A szolgáltatásunk az egész ország területén elérhető, a kiszállítást futárszolgálat útján teljesítjük. Az Internetáruházban vásárlás előtt nincs szükség regisztrációra. Megrendeléskor általános szállítási és számlázási adatok megadására szükség van, hogy rendelését maradéktalanul teljesíteni tudjuk. Megadott adatait természetesen bizalmasan kezeljük, és 3. fél számára semmilyen esetben sem adjuk ki! Amennyiben technikai hiba miatt téves ár jelenik meg az áruházban, az áru elküldése előtt egyeztetés végett telefonon (vagy e-mail-ben) megkeressük Önt. Az ilyen megrendeléseket nem tekintjük érvényesnek.
Settlement Information
A szállítási idő 1-3 munkanap.
Postapontra vagy csomagautomatába lehetséges a szállítás, 1 munkanapot vesz igénybe. Szolgáltatás banki átutalás vagy bankkártyás fizetés esetén igényelhető.
ExpressOne házhozszállítás esetén a termék szállítása 1 munkanapot vesz igénybe. Készpénzzel, bankkártyával, banki átutalással is lehetséges a fizetés.
A csomagautomatában történő átvétel esetén a szálítási idő 2-3 munkanap.

You pay the representative of the courier company of your choice at the moment of receipt of the goods. Please make sure that the courier has delivered the parcel to you intact before you pay. If you receive an item in damaged packaging, please do not take it! We cannot accept any claims for damaged or incomplete packages after payment!

- Fee for inspection
We will charge you an inspection fee for devices sent to a service centre. The inspection fee is only payable if the owner of the appliance does not request the repair. In the case of products under warranty, the inspection fee will only be charged if the appliance sent for servicing is faultless and functioning correctly. In the case of defective warranty products, the repair will of course be free of charge if the fault is under warranty.

Please send the device by courier to the above address. Include the defective product, a description of the fault, contact details and suitable packaging for return in the envelope. The defective product by courier send it to our address!
We would like to draw the attention of our dear customers that in our area the The Hungarian Postal Service (MPL) service is extremely poor. In most cases, items are returned to the sender without notification and delivery, so please choose an alternative courier service for your own convenience.

Return of corrected product/s
The corrected product will be returned as a PACKAGE ADDRESSED TO THE POST, the cost of which will be refunded to the courier upon receipt of the package. The amount is ~2200 - 2600 Ft depending on the size and weight of the package!
If this way is not suitable for you, you can pick up the product in person after making an appointment at our service address in Győr!
Frequently Asked Questions
For products ordered by Hungarian Post, orders placed before 16:00 will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. With GLS courier we can guarantee next working day delivery for orders placed before 11:00. If the item(s) ordered are not in stock, we will inform you.
The miniature size of the device, which can be easily and discreetly placed in the ear canal, allows discreet telephoning in any environment.
It works just like an ordinary headset, except that the tiny earpiece in your ear receives the signal from your phone via electromagnetic waves instead of a cable.
